Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@londonvapestore.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 26 Alder Close, Erith, Da18 4aj
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

OXVA XLIM 4 Vape Kit

The OXVA XLIM 4 combines a rechargeable 1600mAh battery with three power levels and adjustable airflow in a compact refillable device. The included 2ml UNITECH 3.0 top-fill pod gives you a practical starting point, while compatible replacement cartridges let you explore different resistance options.

Your XLIM 4, Your Settings
Three Power Levels to Choose From
Select Low, Medium or High rather than navigating a long list of settings. The XLIM 4 supports a 5–30W output range, with the available output depending on the cartridge fitted.
A Refillable Pod with Top-Fill Access
The included 2ml UNITECH 3.0 cartridge uses a top-fill design for convenient refilling. Pair the supplied 0.8Ω pod with a suitable 50/50 VG/PG e-liquid, following the cartridge instructions.
Rechargeable 1600mAh Battery
The built-in battery recharges through USB-C with support for 5V/2A charging. Battery life between charges depends on your selected power level, pod and frequency of use.
Airflow Adjustment & Ring-Light Feedback
Fine-tune the airflow to change the feel of your draw. With a suitable cartridge, the device supports mouth-to-lung (MTL) or restricted direct-to-lung (RDL) use. The LED ring provides device-status information at a glance.

Choosing Replacement Pods
The XLIM 4 supports compatible OXVA XLIM Top Fill cartridges in 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.2Ω options. When ordering replacements, check the cartridge type and resistance rather than choosing by the XLIM name alone.
Your starting pod: A 2ml UNITECH 3.0 0.8Ω cartridge is included. It is suitable for compatible nicotine salt and 50/50 VG/PG e-liquids. Follow the manufacturer's filling and first-use instructions before vaping.

Questions Before You Choose?
Do I need to buy e-liquid with the XLIM 4?
Yes. The kit includes an empty refillable pod, not e-liquid. Choose an e-liquid suitable for the supplied 0.8Ω cartridge and follow the instructions before first use.
Can I refill the included pod?
Yes. The supplied UK pod holds 2ml and uses a top-fill design. Refill it according to the instructions and replace the cartridge when needed.
How do I change the power?
The XLIM 4 offers Low, Medium and High power levels. Refer to the user manual for the control sequence and use a setting suitable for your fitted cartridge.
Which e-liquid works with the supplied 0.8Ω pod?
The included cartridge is suitable for compatible 50/50 VG/PG e-liquids, including nicotine salts. Check the cartridge guidance and your chosen e-liquid before filling.
How long will the battery last?
The device has a 1600mAh battery. Time between charges varies with power level, cartridge resistance and how often you use it, so there is no fixed runtime for every user.
Can I choose a different colour?
Yes. Select from the finishes shown above, then check that your chosen colour is available before adding the kit to your basket.
